Public Business:
Review and comment requested by ZBA on special permit for construction at 74 Tyringham Rd., prior to ZBA hearing 6/19/17.
Plan calls for building a second floor on a currently non-conforming structure on a lot in the Lake District.. The new structure increases the distance from lake and setback from abutters, but remains non-conforming, although less so. The plans increase habitable space by more than 25% in violation of zoning regs (see 5.1.4, part 3 ). The proposed plan does not seem detrimental to the neighborhood.
